BIM Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The BIM Coordinator will oversee all BIM work on selected projects, assisting project teams with the development of 3D models and 2D contract documents, primarily focusing on Water, Wastewater, Green Infrastructure, and Resiliency Projects.

• Oversee BIM work on selected projects.
• Assist Senior BIM Designers and Engineers.
• Utilize REVIT and AutoCAD for project deliverables.
• Coordinate processes for complete model life cycle development.
• Review and validate construction models including clash detection.
• Provide information from virtual models throughout project lifecycle.
• Understand varied document sharing platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BIM applications.
• Experience in Water Wastewater and Green Infrastructure design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive understanding of model development procedures.
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Ability to perform work independently with senior review.
• Experience with development of BIM execution plans.
