In Short

• Manage and develop partnerships in the bus groups sector, nationally and internationally.
• Build new contacts and engage potential sales partners for our products.
• Conduct presentations, fam trips, workshops, and attend trade fairs.
• Identify market trends and contribute ideas to enhance our sales strategy.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to optimally position our offerings.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in tourism, sales, or a comparable background.
• Initial sales experience, ideally in the group segment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM/OPERA and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for partners, events, or trade fairs.
