Personnel Controller (m/f/d) - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

The Personnel Controller will be responsible for managing personnel controlling for hotels in Germany and Austria, contributing to the success of the IFA Hotels.

In Short

• Manage personnel controlling for hotels in Germany and Austria.
• Plan and control personnel needs for approximately 500 employees.
• Analyze and control personnel costs and create reports.
• Develop and implement KPIs to enhance efficiency in personnel planning.
• Conduct seasonal and long-term personnel planning based on key metrics.
• Responsible for budget planning and control, including forecasts.
• Participate in projects to optimize HR processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in Controlling, Accounting, or Human Resources.
• Several years of experience in personnel controlling or a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical understanding.
• High initiative, reliability, and structured work style.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with HR-controlling tools.
• Experience in startups or large corporations is a plus.
• Very good German and good English skills.
