Senior Personnel Controller - Remote

Overview

The Senior Personnel Controller will act as a liaison to management for strategic planning and controlling of personnel costs, supporting HR processes and optimizing forecasting and controlling processes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling or HR.
• Several years of experience in personnel controlling or a similar position.
• Solid knowledge of SAP HCM and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, strong affinity for numbers, and structured working style.
• Experience in creating decision-making bases and presentations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
