Senior Product Manager (Product Launch) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational marketing of a key prescription product in the Swiss market, developing and implementing effective marketing measures across the marketing mix.

• Independent responsibility for the marketing of a prescription product in Switzerland.
• Development and implementation of impactful marketing measures including product launches and campaigns.
• Analysis of market trends, competition, and sales developments.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Business Intelligence.
• Management of the marketing budget and external partners.
• Conduct training for sales and internal teams on product positioning.
• Participation in industry events and regular communication with medical opinion leaders.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or natural sciences.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management for prescription medications.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.
