Director, Commercial Controller (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

As a strategic business partner at Axon, you will collaborate closely with sales teams and key business stakeholders to shape policy governance, maintain internal controls, and drive accurate US GAAP accounting and reporting.

In Short

• Lead the development of a scalable commercial controllership process.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A.
• BS or equivalent degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Experience in process transformations at multinational companies.
• High proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
