In Short

  • Join the Inside sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Establish relationships and identify needs for qualified sales opportunities.
  • Build Wrike’s pipeline and drive brand presence.
  • Follow up and qualify inbound marketing leads.
  • Engage in discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
  • Update CRM (Salesforce) with prospect data.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Wrike’s offerings.
  • Support marketing efforts and route qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in sales.
  • Ability to support EST working hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated and competitive.
