In Short

• Provide pre-sales support to inbound sales inquiries.
• Engage and qualify prospective customers.
• Manage inbound leads for bridge and rental clients.
• Educate leads through various prospecting methods.
• Make 80 to 100 dials a day.
• Identify lead generation processes and support marketing activities.
• Separate Market Qualified Leads from Qualified Leads.
• Work in a hybrid remote environment.
• Be mentored by seasoned sales professionals.
• Contribute to revitalizing U.S. housing stock.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Intellectually curious with an interest in real estate or mortgage.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Salesforce (or equivalent CRM experience) preferred.
