Asset Resolution Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Asset Resolution Specialist (ARS) at Kiavi, you will be the primary contact for customers needing workout assistance on their loans, utilizing strong negotiation and customer service skills to help them through workout plans.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of loans in default and implement loss mitigation strategies.
• Analyze work-out options based on financial impact for delinquent loans.
• Negotiate loss mitigation strategies with investors.
• Set clear expectations with borrowers about loan status.
• Manage relationships with internal departments and business partners.
• Ensure all updates and decisions are tracked appropriately.
• Generate ideas for improvement and support new initiatives.
• Responsible for periodic and ad-hoc reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to guide customers through the retention and/or liquidation process.
• General knowledge of the loss mitigation process.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
