As a Strategic Experience Manager at Kiavi, you will manage, retain, and grow business relationships with experienced real estate investors, ensuring a high-quality service experience throughout the loan origination process.

• Manage loan origination for strategic accounts
• Grow account production with the Strategic Account Director
• Act as the main point of contact for established borrower relationships

• Maintain growth and sustainable share of wallet for accounts
• Set clear expectations with borrowers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience required
• 3 years of mortgage experience (non-QM or QM)
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in formulating solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent internal and external communication skills
• Spanish speaker is a bonus
