Overview

The HR Experience Manager will lead initiatives that improve operational efficiencies, compliance, and employee satisfaction across Deel’s global Employee of Record (EOR) operations.

In Short

• Ensure compliance and HR operations in assigned countries.
• Contribute to HR product planning and scoping.
• Participate in initial HR interviews.
• Manage daily administrative tasks related to EORs.
• Provide support for HR-related questions.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Implement regional HR operations ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing HR processes across multiple countries.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.
