Overview

The Customer Success Coordinator at Worldly will manage customers’ supplier lists and ensure data accuracy while working with a dedicated global team.

In Short

  • Manage and maintain detailed record keeping of customers’ supplier/vendor lists.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information for software platform import.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct them.
  • Import data to the platform and CRM on behalf of customers.
  • Send templated emails on behalf of customers.
  • Store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Requirements

  • Data entry work experience (preferred).
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Proficiency in data management tasks using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify potential issues.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately.
  • Excellent knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
