The Partner Sales Director is responsible for executing the Partner Sales strategy within Workiva for the French market, collaborating closely with sales and alliance leaders to enhance partner strategies and drive revenue growth.

  • Experience managing relationships with consulting firms.
  • Ability to develop and execute multi-stakeholder strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience in a matrix-oriented environment.
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders and external partners.
