In Short

  • Lead and execute commercial activities for the French market.
  • Develop and grow the commercial footprint in the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and clinics.
  • Achieve sales and installation targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations of the Dexter Robot.
  • Manage customer activities and oversee growth strategies.
  • Represent the France region within the EMEA commercial leadership team.
  • Maintain and improve CRM capabilities.

Requirements

  • University degree in business studies, medical technology, or engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in the medtech area, with at least 5 years in sales management.
  • Experience in capital goods/robotics and service selling.
  • Proven ability to develop C-level relationships.
  • Strong closing skills in the sales process.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and regional team environment.
