In Short

  • Lead and execute all commercial activities in the German market.
  • Develop and implement the commercial growth agenda.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and key opinion leaders.
  • Achieve defined sales and installation targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences to promote the Dexter Robot.
  • Manage customer portfolio and oversee clinical support collaboration.
  • Conduct demonstrations of the Dexter Robot to potential clients.
  • Maintain and improve CRM capabilities.

Requirements

  • University degree in business studies, medical technology, or engineering is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in the medtech area, with 5 years in sales management.
  • Experience in capital goods and robotics is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to develop C-level relationships.
  • Strong closing skills and cross-functional project management abilities.
  • Solid business knowledge and experience managing complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
