US Marketing Senior Manager / Director - Remote

Overview

The US Marketing Sr. Manager / Director will create and execute downstream marketing plans to drive awareness, accelerate adoption, and grow procedural utilization of the DEXTER® Robotic Surgery System in the US.

In Short

• Develop multi-channel awareness and nurturing plans to generate leads.
• Execute new product and clinical indication launches.
• Create regional conference strategies.
• Lead the Field Marketing team.
• Develop promotional collateral and sales training materials.
• Deliver field sales training on value propositions.
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives.
• Set and measure marketing key performance indicators.
• Manage all US Marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA desired.
• 5-7 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing.
• 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record in collaboration and sales partnerships.
• Experience managing partnerships with external agencies.
• Ability to prioritize and pivot focus to meet evolving needs.
• Product launch experience.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with salesforce.com and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
