Overview

The Field Marketing Associate will drive field-based customer programming and marketing of the DEXTER® Robotic Surgery System to support the US sales organization, focusing on regional marketing strategies to enhance awareness and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or life sciences.
• 4 years of healthcare experience, including 2 in medical device sales.
• Strong sales partnership development skills.
• Proven event execution and program management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with salesforce.com and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
