Field Marketing Associate - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Field Marketing Associate to join the Field Marketing team in EMEA. The primary responsibility for this role will be executing events across the EMEA regions and helping the Field Marketing team to generate engagement and leads within our target accounts.

In Short

• Execute the event program working with the Sales and Field Marketing on the selection of events and recommendations of sponsorship levels.
• Plan, coordinate and execute regional events such as conferences, webinars and roundtables.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, swag, prize draws and promotional materials.
• Work with the design team to create event collateral such as banners, handouts and social media assets.
• Manage the relationship with our event related vendors.
• Coordinate pre and post event activities including social media strategy, lead capture, upload and follow ups.
• Manage program spend and own campaign ROI tracking and development.
• Conduct regular analysis to stay ahead of trends in event marketing.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of field marketing experience with 2-4 years of total experience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and event management platforms.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
