People Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-savvy, and systems-fluent People Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring data accuracy, reporting reliability, and operational scalability across the employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Maintain HR system configuration and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data integrity and create audit procedures.
• Partner with payroll vendors for compliant processing.
• Create and deliver analytics reports regularly.
• Support onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for data handoffs.
• Manage payroll inputs and reports.
• Transition systems related to HR data.
• Provide high-quality data insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in People Operations or HRIS roles.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Bob.
• Strong skills in Excel and data analytics tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Clear communication skills for data presentation.
• Ability to build relationships across teams.
• (Bonus) Experience with AI tools for automation.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with HiBob HRIS.
