People Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Analyst mission: As our People Operations Analyst, you will be a key part of ensuring that our team members always receive the most outstanding, warm and efficient treatment, no matter at which stage of their journey they are with us.

In Short

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems.
• Assist in updating HR policies and compliance.
• Develop initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
• Support the hiring process with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Plan and coordinate training programs for employee development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and policies.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, GreenHouse).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
