Overview

The Sales Partner in France will lead the development and execution of the Agency sales strategy for Netflix, working closely with senior stakeholders and advertisers to drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Develop and execute agency-focused sales for France.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major Agency Holding groups.
  • Drive revenue growth through ad partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage audience insights and premium content offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and identify innovation opportunities.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in advertising or media.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills required.
  • Experience in TV and digital advertising sales is a plus.
  • A passion for entertainment is a plus.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in advertising or media.
  • Deep understanding of Media Agencies and established relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and operate effectively.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Comfortable with risk and ambiguity.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
