Overview

The Sales Partner will shape and execute Netflix's APAC sales strategy, focusing on Chinese export advertisers and agency partners.

In Short

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategy targeting global advertisers in APAC.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key agencies and advertisers.
  • Collaborate with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership teams.
  • Achieve revenue targets utilizing Netflix's audience insights.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth opportunities.
  • 7+ years of experience in advertising and sales.
  • Experience with Chinese export advertisers and agencies preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
  • Strong Mandarin and English language skills needed.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising (including sales).
  • Proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Experience in TV, CTV, digital advertising sales, and programmatic preferred.
  • Established network in the Chinese export market.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin for business communication.
  • Proficient in English for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
