Overview

Netflix is seeking a creative Events Manager to lead the development and delivery of world-class events in Korea for both external and internal audiences.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of events experience in the entertainment industry.
• Experience in managing, executing, and planning events.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region is a plus.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Curiosity about promotional efforts and emerging trends.
• Excellent project, budget, and time management skills.
• Ability to pivot quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
