• Plan, manage, and execute Playson’s participation in major iGaming events and exhibitions.
• Oversee event logistics, vendor relationships, booth design and build, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.
• Manage event-related documentation and timelines.
• Negotiate with event organizers, suppliers, and agencies.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all BTL campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, and Sales teams.
• Maintain a calendar of global industry events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in event management and BTL marketing.
• Strong understanding of the global iGaming landscape.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Strong creative eye and attention to brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Ability to travel frequently.
