Manager, Events - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Events will be responsible for shaping and executing memorable events that meet client objectives while managing logistics, budgets, and supplier coordination.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop event concepts and proposals.
• Manage the master events calendar and communication with operations stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
• Oversee event set-up and ensure technical functions are operational.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for event promotion.
• Evaluate event success and prepare reports for future improvements.
• Lead event staff, volunteers, and vendors on-site.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Utilize event management software for planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as an event manager or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in event management software and CRM tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
