Overview

Netflix is seeking an Account Manager who will lead the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Sales Partner(s), ensuring excellent client service and campaign performance.

In Short

  • Lead campaign execution workflow for Netflix Ads team.
  • Partner with Sales Partners to align on client goals.
  • Build media plans and respond to RFPs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Host meetings for campaign performance alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for custom assets.
  • Oversee delivery performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Maintain understanding of ad products and policies.
  • Contribute to billing and invoicing processes.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Planning.
  • Experience in digital media industry, focusing on video advertising.
  • Knowledge of Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven project management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with advertising research vendors.
