The Director of Solutions Architecture is responsible for shaping the overall technical solution for new opportunities and leading presales efforts across various industry verticals.

In Short

• Architect custom Application Development Maintenance (ADM) and Managed Service Desk (MSD) solutions.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses for large-scale outsourcing deals.
• Design technical solutions in application development and modernization.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations to C-level executives.
• Develop Managed Service Desk solutions using ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITSM frameworks required.
• Collaborate with partners to create co-engineered solutions.

• Deliver in a global multicultural matrix environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, IT, or Engineering.
• 15+ years in presales/solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Certifications: AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL, TOGAF, PMP preferred.
• Proficiency in microservices, CI/CD, and AIOps.
• Good analytical skills for effective interactions.
• Capable of delivering in a global multicultural environment.
