The Business Optimization Manager is responsible for driving economic and operational efficiency through innovation and effective process management across various projects within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Project Management, or related field.
• Four years of relevant work experience in business process improvement.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in team leadership and people management.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate team members and encourage cooperation.
