Requirements

• 2+ years of compliance experience, preferably in consumer lending, banking, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with marketing compliance, complaint tracking, and bank/institution audit support.
• Familiarity with consumer lending and servicing regulations (e.g., TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, CFPB guidelines).
• Skilled in applying tools like Alloy, PerformLine, Salesforce, Google Suite, and ChatGPT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
