Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping.
• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience focused on Event Management.
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations.
• Experience modeling network, storage, and compute infrastructure.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures.
• 5+ years developing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes.
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• 3+ years documenting tool requirements.
• Experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries.
