Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping.
• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on Event Management.
• Deep experience modeling network, storage, and compute infrastructure.
• 5+ years in ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes.
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• Experience documenting tool requirements and assisting IT organizations.
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and credibility as a ServiceNow expert.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
