Overview

The Staff Engineer for ServiceNow will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions in ServiceNow, specializing in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, while also mentoring team members and ensuring high standards of delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in other modules like SPM, GRC, or HRSD is a plus.
• Ability to lead UAT and production rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
