• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration: workflows, business rules, UI policies, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
