The ServiceNow Staff Software Engineer will be a technical leader responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

Perform architecture, design, development and configuration of various areas including Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and more.
Collaborate with a global team to scope and design solutions.
Design technical solutions to address complex requirements.
Develop and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and logic using Agile methodologies.
Implement a quality assurance strategy for testing.
Create and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework.
Lead design and code walkthroughs.
Deploy solutions in Production and provide post go-live support.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues.
Coach and oversee offshore ServiceNow Development resources.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions.
6+ years of ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Experience with Shell Scripting and Mid Server Service Administration.
Experience integrating applications using RESTful APIs.
Agile and Scrum development experience.
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Strong communication skills.
