Overview

As a ServiceNow Engineer at LivePerson, you will be a member of a nimble team that develops custom solutions to ease internal processes, focusing on automation and simplifying tasks for end users.

In Short

  • Configuring core and custom solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Driving business solutions from inception through implementation.
  • Identifying novel solutions to technical problems.
  • Translating functional specifications into technical designs.
  • Delivering automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Owning 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Facilitating the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
  • Configuring ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Writing technical documentation of integrations and solutions.
  • Maintaining different ServiceNow instances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • 3+ years of coding experience (Json, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • 1+ years of ServiceNow Developer or Implementation certifications.
  • Experience in developing integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Experience managing the full software development life cycle.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM components.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database administration.
