Overview

The Senior Institutional Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Mantle Network's presence within the institutional market, developing and managing relationships with Venture Capital firms, Hedge Funds, and other institutional investors.

In Short

  • Identify and manage relationships with top-tier institutional investors.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end deal processes.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and provide strategic insights.
  • Represent Mantle Network at industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deal execution.
  • Develop a reporting system to track BD activities.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in business development or investment banking.
  • Established relationships with institutional investors.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
