• Spearhead DeFi partnerships and liquidity mining initiatives.
• Optimize yield farming and other liquidity incentive programs.

• Collaborate with wallet providers and market makers.
• Analyze on-chain liquidity metrics for capital efficiency.
• Conduct research on DeFi trends and protocols.
• Publish insights and strategic recommendations.
• Represent Mantle at DeFi-focused events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in DeFi, crypto, or blockchain roles.
• Hands-on experience with liquidity mining and yield farming.
• Familiarity with Ethereum Layer 2 solutions.
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and tokenomics.
• Ability to analyze on-chain data and market trends.
• Success in building relationships with DeFi projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
