Overview

WeTravel is seeking a motivated and proactive Account Executive to drive growth in LATAM by bringing small-to-medium-sized tour operators onto our platform.

In Short

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.
  • Focus on high-volume outbound sales, especially phone-based outreach.
  • Use HubSpot to manage your sales pipeline.
  • Work in a remote-friendly environment with autonomy.
  • Help travel companies streamline operations and scale their businesses.
  • Fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B tech sales targeting SMBs.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry in LATAM is beneficial.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach and bookings.
  • Unlimited paid time off policy.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and other languages.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles.
  • Inside sales experience via emails and calls.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of the travel industry in LATAM.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to engage in proactive outreach.
  • Passion for helping SME travel companies grow.
