Websites Lead - Remote

Overview

The Customer Experience (CX) team at WeTravel is on a mission to ensure every client succeeds with our platform—and that includes helping them get more bookings. As the Websites Lead, you’ll work directly with our clients to build beautiful, conversion-friendly websites using WeTravel’s tools, templates, and partner services.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients to design and build websites.
• Partner with Account Management to drive feature adoption.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Create and refine website templates and guides.
• Support client onboarding related to websites.
• Track performance and client feedback for improvement.
• Utilize low-code platforms like Webflow and WordPress.
• Stay updated on AI and latest technologies.
• Ensure effective communication with clients of varying technical abilities.

Requirements

• Experience in building client websites.
• Experience in selling or cross-selling products/services.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of brand storytelling through websites.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort with project management and timelines.
