In Short

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and attendance at industry events.
  • Respond to inbound leads and RFPs by crafting tailored proposals with support from internal teams.
  • Lead sales calls and communications, clearly articulating the agency’s offerings and value.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to develop compelling pitches.
  • Track and report on pipeline, sales metrics, and forecasting.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales performance in alignment with leadership goals.
  • Stay up to date on eCommerce, marketing, and consumer behavior trends to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and DTC brands.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance.
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking and reporting tools.
