In Short

• Serve as strategic thought partner to executive and senior leaders in assigned business areas.
• Lead a team of HRBPs, providing coaching and performance management.
• Standardize HRBP practices across regions and business areas.
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational design.
• Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other People departments.
• Provide data-driven insights on retention, turnover, and talent development.
• Champion the employee experience and support a culture of high performing teams.

Requirements

• Travel to various sites will be required based on business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of six years of progressive leadership experience in HR.
• At least three years in a senior HR leadership role.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading in a data-driven organization.
