  • You will be responsible for sales and building a strong sales team to win customers across Europe.
  • Represent WasteAnt at (inter)national fairs and industry events to strengthen our market presence.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, startups, or consulting with technical products.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience giving impactful presentations at conferences and industry events.
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and successfully implement up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  • High self-motivation, responsibility, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic startup environment with an ambitious team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to represent the company at national and international events.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Driver's license class B.
