Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will drive revenue growth in the eye care industry by selling diagnostic instruments and maintaining customer relationships.

In Short

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of diagnostic instrumentation.
  • Sell ophthalmic diagnostic equipment as part of an integrated solution.
  • Cross-sell all lines of Visionix products.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Document sales activity in CRM tools.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management and CRM proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50–75%).
  • Experience selling capital equipment with services.
  • Familiarity with remote refraction platforms.
  • Clinical background is a plus.
