The National Field Service Manager will lead the in-field service team for Visionix USA, ensuring superior customer support and operational excellence while managing a high-performance service team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in technical support or field service, with 5+ years in management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Hands-on technical understanding, optics background a plus.
• Experience in the medical device industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP and modern CRM/ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
