In Short

• Lead Day-to-Day P&C Operations: Collaborate with People Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to understand business priorities and opportunities.
• End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and execute various talent programs, including annual merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and benefits renewals.
• Champion Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize our people analytics platform to leverage data insights.
• Operational leadership: Provide direction and guidance to other team members.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including roles such as HR Manager, Generalist, or Specialist.
• Experience supporting operations in Canada and at least one other region.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in P&C Operations.
• Experience coordinating and prioritizing the activities of a team.
• Previous experience with Workday or other HCM platforms.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address new challenges.
• Critical thinking skills to develop recommendations in complex situations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Canadian employment law.
