Principal Go-to-Market Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer at Vimeo, you'll be a critical technical contributor within our Revenue Operations team. You'll be instrumental in architecting and optimizing the technology infrastructure that powers our entire Go-to-Market engine – spanning marketing, sales, and customer success.

In Short

• Oversee and optimize technical architecture for core GTM applications.
• Design integrations between various GTM systems.
• Manage data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
• Automate workflows within sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Provide technical support for GTM system issues.
• Collaborate with SysOps and IT teams on infrastructure.
• Evaluate and configure new GTM technologies.
• Create technical documentation and assist in training.
• Monitor performance and health of GTM systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role supporting Go-to-Market functions.
• Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms.
• Experience with API integrations and iPaaS platforms.
• Ability to write and understand code/scripts (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript).
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Understanding of the full revenue lifecycle.
