• Build AI-driven systems to streamline prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and more.
• Systematize and automate GTM workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Run data-driven GTM experiments to identify new strategies for customer acquisition.
• Own GTM analytics for the systems you build, tracking performance and iterating based on impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in GTM, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Salesforce, Zapier, Outreach, or Hightouch.
• Strong technical skills with a focus on AI and automation.
• Systems thinker with a process-driven mindset.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
