Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for driving outreach and generating new business opportunities for our client.

In Short

  • Part-Time position from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM ET
  • Remote work opportunity
  • Identify potential leads through email, phone, and social media
  • Maintain records of outreach activities in CRM and spreadsheets
  • Set appointments for the business owner
  • Follow up on outreach and track responses
  • Engage prospects via social media to support lead generation
  • Assist in executing marketing engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with the client to refine outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or client outreach
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRMs and spreadsheets
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Available for afternoon shifts (U.S. time zones)
