Sturdy Medical Staffing is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to help build our sales pipeline and drive company growth.

In Short

• Remote position with preference for West Coast (Pacific time zone).
• First point of contact with potential clients.
• Responsible for outbound prospecting and generating leads.
• Collaborate with Accounts Director and CEO on outreach strategy.
• Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking in CRM.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and high-velocity prospecting.
• Self-starter who is resourceful and creative.
• Strong work ethic and resilience.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions.

Benefits

• Base salary plus commission structure.
• Base salary range: $45,000 - $80,000 annually.
• Commissions: $20,000 - $50,000 annually based on quota.
