Overview

Verkada is seeking a driven, high-energy sales professional with a proven track record in new business acquisition to join our Enterprise Field Sales team. This role will be critical in expanding Verkada's presence in the Maritimes region.

In Short

  • Drive new business sales by prospecting and closing new logos.
  • Develop comprehensive territory plans to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle with a focus on enterprise decision-makers.
  • Spend up to 50% of time traveling to engage with prospects and customers.
  • Partner with channel sales to build initiatives that generate revenue.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.
  • Represent Verkada at industry events and strengthen market presence.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to support business operations.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of B2B software/hardware technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and major accounts.
  • Strong desire to win and manage longer sales cycles.
  • Willingness to maintain a strong field presence and travel frequently.
  • Experience selling technical solutions in security software or SaaS.
  • Background in working with channel partner teams is advantageous.
  • Highly self-motivated and persistent with strong communication skills.
  • A BS/BA degree is strongly preferred.
